Franck Soutoul is a recognized authority in intellectual property law, with almost 40 years of expertise in trademarks, designs, and domain names. Since the beginning of his career in 1987, he has developed a truly international perspective, advising clients well beyond Europe and Africa.
Alongside his work in trademarks and designs, he has also been involved in patent-related matters, working closely with engineers to fully master the contractual and legal aspects of innovation protection.
